Parker got stitches!!!

On Monday parker woke up from his nap and at 11 we went to the park. After only being there about 5 minutes he fell on the steps that go to the slide. He always goes up these steps, but this time he fell on the second step. After picking him up I noticed lots of blood on my arm and found a huge cut above his right eyebrow. I took him to the Solvang ER- His Nana and Dad met me there. Parker got 4 internal stitches, since it went all the way to the bone then 6 external stitches. (you could see his bone move under his cut. It was so sad- they had to wrap him in a sheet then put him in a straight jacket on a board. The nurse held his head still and they put a blue cloth over his face with a little whole on the cut. 3 hours after arriving, parker and mom were exhausted.. we went home.. Today Parker is in a great mood and has no pain. (But we still have to get them taken out) We will be playing inside for the next few days!
