Switching to the Big Boy Bed!

We decided to turn Parker's crib into a toddler bed at the end of last week. We thought we would have many sleepless nights so we wanted to get that over with before we had two kids. To our total surprise- parker sleeps almost better in a toddler bed. He doesn't get out of his crib at all and even falls asleep faster. Here is a picture of what his crib turned into and some of him getting excited about it while we set it up for him.
