FUNDRAISER EVENT

First we give all the credit to God who continues to lead us through our adoption journey.  He is so good and His love for us is amazing!

Thank you to all who made special trips and spent your Sunday afternoon with us, we appreciate your love and support.  Also huge thanks to all the businesses who were so generous and special thanks to Alicia, Paige, and the Fess Parker for coordinating such a great event.

We were overwhelmed by the support and sense of community.  Friends, family, and people from all over the community, many who we meet for the first time yesterday, showed up to be apart of our lives.  From the food, wine, and music to the raffle and auction it all exceeded our expectations.  To see and talk to everyone who showed up yesterday was powerful and moving.  It's hard to describe, but to have you all there is like the feeling you get when coming from behind in a game to win.

When we started the journey we felt at odds against everything.  There is something significant that works within us when we face adversity and come together as one.  The bond between friends, family, and people you might not even know grows into something amazing.
God has stirred up our heart in compassion for the orphan and in our love for others, but it's because we love Him first.  God gave up everything so that we could be adopted into his family and have full inheritance in to His riches.  We pray for all of you that you would experience this same love!
