Melkam Yelidet Beaal! Happy Christmas!

To celebrate Christmas in Ethiopia I cooked Doro Wat, Mesir Wot, Injera & Prunes with Almonds & Raisins for dessert (there were cooked in sugar & spices) . It was super good. I forgot to take a picture of the finished dinner- we were too busy eating. Here are a few of the process.
