our agency said the laws for Ethiopian adoptions are most likely changing this morning. Looks like now we need to make two trips there instead of just one. 1st trip to meet our child and the 2nd (about 8 weeks later) to bring her home. We don't have all the info right now, so we are waiting to hear more. We will need $5000 more towards travel expenses and after meeting our daughter we will have to leave her and come back to bring her home the 2nd trip.
