If 7% of 2.1 billion Christians would help an orphan, there would be NO MORE ORPHANS

  • There are over 130 million orphans in the world. There are over 500,000 children in the U.S. foster care system today. The average age of a child in foster care is 10-years old. The child waits an average of 5 years in foster care before they are adopted. 127,000 of them cannot go back to their home of origin and are legally free to adopt. There are over 20,000 children that “age out” of the foster care system each year, meaning they were never adopted and do not have a permanent family. A survey revealed that 45% of Americans believe that children enter foster care due to juvenile delinquency.  NOT TRUE.  They enter because of abuse, neglect, or abandoned. Foster care costs taxpayers $283 million a day!
