In My Opinion...

Being #34 on the waitlist is just like being 15 weeks pregnant! (only you love your child from afar)

The morning sickness (paperwork) is over with- but you just don't feel pregnant yet or are "showing."

Waiting until late fall for a referral is starting to feel like forever.. I don't have anymore piles of paperwork to do to show something is in progress. Just an every 4 week call/email from our casework. So now we wait, pray, obsess over what to name her and occasionally pick up that really cute affordable girl outfit from Costco!

With both of my pregnancies with my boys I couldn't connect with the process until I had a name. With Parker we went into the ultrasound appointment knowing we wanted a boy named Parker. Clayton's name took a while, but finally on mothers day 2008 we setting on a decision. We choose those names before we got to see our boy's face and they just grew into it perfectly. (I am pretty sure we decided on a name for our daughter, I think it is perfect!)

Summer is happening very quickly, I can't even believe it is almost July.. New month- New Waitlist Number!! Soon as we hit September I think it will really set it because we will be in the last stage of the process. We are soo excited and just can't wait to hold her and have her home!
