We just returned from Vacation in Palm Desert and when we checked the mail we had received a letter from the Department of Homeland Security. Our "Notice of favorable determination concerning application for advance processing of orphan petition" has been approved (within a week of fingerprinting)! Approved for a child under 18months!~ Next step Referral!
